ABGI Construction have been instructed as main contractor to convert a former office building into 40, one and two bed apartments.
The site has been set up with a Site Office / Meeting Room & Canteen. The building strip out works have now been completed.
We are currently carrying out further investigative works with a view to completing the design works to construction stage & starting fit – out works early November 2021.
We have an estimated completion date of August 2022.
