ABGi have been instructed to downsize an existing convenience store for Co-op Group Food.
ABGi have been instructed by Niort Nominees to downsize the existing Co-op convenience store and create three smaller retail units with main road frontage under phase 1. The remainder of the building will be delivered under phase 2.
The phase 1 conversion works were completed within a works programme of 12 weeks.
