ABGI have been instructed as main contractors to convert derelict petrol filling station into a new petrol filling station with a 4000 sq. ft. convenience store with 15 parking spaces.
We expect to be on site in November 2020 with a 25 week programme to deliver the PFS in Q2 2021. Works will include demolishing the existing Petrol Filling Station along with the existing store and rebuilding a brand new and improved petrol filling station with a new convenience store.
