ABGi was instructed by Necton Estates Limited to deliver a new build petrol filling station with a convenience store and drive-through.
The site previously housed a former café/diner building and an existing petrol canopy, both of which were demolished to make way for a complete new build Co-op petrol filling station and convenience store. The site also comprises of a Costa Coffee drive-thru and Instavolt rapid electric car chargers – all with dedicated parking.
The project involved working closely with Highways England to successfully negotiate and agree the s.278 highways agreements, and ensure the site was delivered on programme to satisfy the incoming tenants requirements.
