ABGi was instructed by Twickenham Assets to convert this property into a mixed used development comprising of a 2,200 sq ft Co-op retail unit on the ground floor, with three duplex apartments above.
Whilst this was a relatively small project, the works involved creating a new basement level for the incoming operator’s back of house storage. This required a sensitive approach to ensure that various access rights remained unobstructed, and the adjacent retail properties trade was unaffected.
