ABGI have been instructed to convert former public house to an A1 retail unit on ground level with three apartments above, and an adjacent dwelling.
Works will be undertaken in a two phased approach, phase one will see us deliver the convenience store shell ready for handover to the tenant to fit-out, and phase two will see us deliver the residential scheme on the upper floors. We are currently on site and anticipate completion of the retail unit at the end of November 2020. The residential units will be complete in Q1 2021.
