Steel Frame Progress – Deluna House, Oldham Road, Manchester, M4 5FE

Whilst we have been battling against the high winds in March, the steel frame has still made significant steps to being complete. The structural floors of 17 balconies and the central precast concrete stair have been installed as the frame has progressed. We anticipate completion of the frame by the middle of this month and will then immediately progress with the structural upper floors. Perimeter handrails have been fixed on the available steel to allow safe installation of the floors and will continue during the course of next week. We have also managed to make some limited progress on the below ground masonry.
