ABGI were instructed as main contractor to redevelop an existing Petrol Filling station and retail unit.
Works involved demolition of existing building and PFS, removal of the canopy and underground storage tanks to make way for a new two island starter gate forecourt and 4,000 foot convenience store.
Works progressed well and achieved completion of the shell build in September 2021 ready for tenant Fit-out.
Convenience Store has been let to The Co-operate Food Group.
