ABGI are pleased to confirm that we have now handed over the shiny new Co-op petrol filling station and retail store in Pontyates (West Wales), ready for tenant fit-out.
The construction works involved taking the former Texaco garage back to it’s structural shell and reconfiguring the scheme to create a 4,630 sq ft store with new tanks and pump stations.
Whilst we suffered a minor delay due to the COVID-19 working restrictions, we worked tirelessly to implement safe working on site. We must also pay thanks to our supply chain and sub-contractors who worked with us to ensure we delivered the project both safely and efficiently in these somewhat unusual times!
