ABGI are on site to convert an existing retail unit on Sunninghill High Street into a new shell convenience store for the Co-op, ready for tenant fit-out.
The development will comprise a retail unit at ground floor with a 1 bed apartment above, which will be finished to a high specification.
The works on site include part demolition and rear extension to facilitate the larger retail unit and reconfigured first floor apartment.
Works are progressing well on site and we are targeting completion in November 2021
